Kotare Mk 1a “Brian Lane”

I spent a few hours cutting parts off sprues and sanding the nubs and at some point realized that this model would be great for folks wanting to move up to 1/32 because it's an easy model to build and as a Spitfire, it's a small 1/32 model. Also...I think the make it or break it moment with this kit will be whether or not you can handle detail painting as a vast majority of the cockpit detail is molded in. These pics show 8 total parts...100% of what you see in these pics on the sidewalls and flooring is molded in detail. It's sharp, wonderfully detailed, details.

So get yourself a few good brushes, buy some .15mm wire to put control cables in, and follow the instructions on how to drill out a lot of lightening holes, spend time on those first few pages of the manual and you'll get a solid build.

Also...spectacular engineering.
